THE CHARACTERS

Kimmi-Manthootian warrior
Fin McCool--Bard about town.
Brock-- Has recently been informed that he will have to fight a duel to the death in a month. Garu--Elf archer. Somtime Boy Toy.
Brother Mercy--Arrives this episode

The characters awake in a dungeon. This is not where they went to sleep. When last they remember they had just finished celebrating Voc Serrifs marriage to Van Mauge. The characters look around and see that they're locked in with another character that identifies himself as Brother Mercy or as the characters would call him Jag Voc Mercy (Jag Voc means - Fifth Level of Lesser Nobility) a priest from another world.

They are visited by three figures. A man sheesh, A Manthootian male and a hooded cowled figure. the Manthootian tells the human figure that although these are minor people in the scheme of things there is a price on Kimmi's head from the Jkenna (Queen) of Deserata that will bring favor to the veiled human and his cause.

The Manthooth tells Kimmi that she will dance for the Jakennis herself as she's hung from the walls of the tower ...such is the fate of traitors to Deserata. He offers her a way out. She can join him in his brotherhood. He then grins and shows her his fangs as it turns out he's a Vangfur (Avalyn version of a vampire). Kimmi scornes his offer and the three depart to make preperation for the trip to Deserata.

Now they really want to escape but the walls and such seem to be well built. Brock strikes the door several times but stops before he does too much damage to the door (eventually he could have broken them out but he didn't know that). Fin, with the help of the others uses a bit of magic and they make their escape. Just as Kimi is heading across the hallway three man sheesh and a sheesh half breed come down the hall. A fight ensues during which the unarmed party overcomes the patrol.

Finding their weapons in the next room Fin remembers that he's been here before. This is the underground construct called "The Blister" several miles from Mountain Vale. his knowledge is scant on the area since last time he was here he was turned to stone. After much discussion the party heads for the exit and stops short as they hear some very deep voices talking. The party flatout runs past the defenders who are a couple of gran sheesh holding a man over a fire so they can cook him. The party fights the two and takes them down as the last of their spells are used. They rescue the captive and then head back towards Mountain Vale avoiding a Sheesh patrol as they go.
