Adventure Log # 32

Because the game has been going so long I have mentally divided it up into era's off the top of my head here are the real world dates and the era's of the world. No one has played in all of the era's. Usually the era's were defined by real world events that forced me to lose/gain players.

75-76 The world of war Avalyn was basically built as a place to have wargames. I created the map and world and we fought across it using minature armies.

76-79 Era of Prew city of theives Many of the adventures took place in the city of Prew and the mountains above it. Eventually it was discovered that one of the characters was the heir to an ancient kingdom.

79-84 The Rise of Deserata The city state of Deserata is revived and most of the adventures revolved around getting the place back into shape after being lawless for so long. 84-92 Sand Towers Era Sand Towers is a border town of Deserata's. The game was centered on skirmishes with the neighboring country.

93-00Shadows of Evening The game moved back to Deserata as the country was undergoing civil unrest. The characters were attempting to hold the country together.

00-06 The Evening The characters woke up and many years had passed. Deserata had fallen under the sway of a powerfull evil. The characters fought on the borders trying to restore the righfull heir on the throne and build a rebel force. Present The Choice between Night and Day The great evil has been thrown down but the rebellion has been greviously injured. The characters are trying to prevent the world from entering the Time of the Long Night.
